Why setup + monthly?

The one-time fee covers integration, voice training, and writing the conversation flows specific to your business. Monthly covers running, monitoring, and refining the system as it learns. Without setup, the agent is generic. Without monthly, it goes stale.

What's not included?

Phone numbers, third-party voice minute fees, and CRM seat licenses are pass-through and shown on your invoice. We don't mark them up.

How long until it's live?

Conversational AI bundle: 7 to 14 days from kickoff. Lead generation: 2 to 4 weeks depending on list size and channels.

What if it doesn't work?

We commit to milestone-based delivery in writing. If we miss the milestone, you don't pay for that milestone. The monthly is month-to-month after the first 90 days — leave anytime with 30 days' notice.

Do you build for industries outside home services and restaurants?

Yes, but those two are where we have the deepest playbooks and the strongest case studies. Outside of those, expect a longer setup window.
