// The guarantee

Two layers, both in writing.

Layer 1 — the diagnostic

If we don't show you at least 10× your fee in identified losses, we refund it. On the Loss Diagnostic that's $25,000 in identified losses; on the Operations Audit, $100,000.

Layer 2 — implement with us

Implement with us and if you haven't recovered at least what you paid us within 6 months, we refund the difference. Conditions, in plain language: we measure and sign off on a baseline before starting, the agreed plan gets executed (by your team or ours), and results are measured against that baseline.

A note on pricing · Applicable taxes added at invoice. No hidden fees. The diagnostic or audit fee is always credited to whatever you implement with us.

// Step 4 · After the diagnostic

Your own software

One system built for your operation, from the process map the diagnostic already drew — it replaces the tools that don't talk to each other, not the ones that already work. Most companies use only 54% of the software licenses they already pay for (Zylo, 2026); this is what we build to stop paying for the other 46%.

5–9 people

Setup $3,000 – $6,000
Monthly $300 – $600 / mo

10–50 people

Setup $8,000 – $15,000
Monthly $800 – $1,800 / mo

What the monthly covers

  • Support
  • Ongoing changes
  • A 30-day guided start, no lock-in contract
What we don't promise · It doesn't replace your ERP or your payment system if they already work — it lives alongside what you use today. And it's only built on top of processes the diagnostic already mapped, never guessed.

// FAQ

FAQ

Why is it free for small businesses?

Because a business that size usually can't justify paying before it knows there's something to find. The free visit lets us prove the model works before you spend a dollar.

What happens if you don't find 10× my fee?

You get a full refund of the diagnostic or audit fee. That's the Layer 1 guarantee, in writing, before we start.

Is the fee credited toward implementation?

Yes. The full diagnostic or audit fee is credited against whatever you implement with us afterward — software, shared-savings work, or a project.

Do you work outside Los Angeles?

On-site visits are for the LA area today. Outside of that, ask us — depending on scope, a remote-first version of the diagnostic may be possible.

What do I need to prepare?

For the free diagnostic, nothing — just be ready to walk us through how the work actually happens. For the paid tiers, pull whatever data you have: costs, downtime logs, inventory counts, headcount. We work with what exists — it doesn't need to be perfect.

Does the software replace my other tools?

No. It's built to sit on top of what you already have and only replaces the pieces that don't talk to each other. If your ERP or payment system already works, we build around it, not instead of it.

Who maintains it after it's built?

We do. The monthly fee covers hosting, support, and ongoing changes — there's no lock-in contract, and you can cancel anytime.
