Phase 01
A site visit and a 60-minute working session. We walk your operation, listen to a sample of recent calls, look at your CRM, and map where leads enter, where they leak, and what a fix is worth. You leave with a written brief — even if you don't sign anything else.
Phase 02
We write the conversation flows, train the voice on your business, wire the CRM, and stand the system up in a test environment. You hear it, you test it, you correct it. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
Phase 03
Once it's live, we review transcripts weekly for the first month, monthly after. We tune the agent, patch the gaps, and report what's working. Month-to-month after the first 90 days. No lock-in.
